How do I start my free trial?
Download the OBEL app on the App Store or visit app.useobel.ai and click "Try Free for 14 Days". No credit card is required.
What AI models does OBEL support?
OBEL connects to Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and every major model that follows - all from one subscription.
What is ARGUS-i™?
ARGUS-i™ is OBEL's built-in security engine. It automatically detects and scrubs PII (names, emails, phone numbers, credit card numbers), API keys, and prompt injection attempts before any message leaves your environment.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account remains active but chat access is paused. To continue, visit useobel.ai/pricing to subscribe. No data is deleted - everything is waiting for you when you return.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in at app.useobel.ai, go to Settings → Billing, and cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data stored or used to train AI models?
OBEL acts as a secure proxy - messages are scrubbed of sensitive data before being forwarded to AI providers. We do not use your conversations to train models. See our privacy policy for full details.
Can I use OBEL on mobile?
Yes. Download the OBEL app from the App Store for iPhone. The full chat, security scrubber, and model switcher are available on mobile.
My organisation wants to use OBEL. Who do I contact?
Visit useobel.ai/enterprise or email contact@ninthlabs.ai to discuss Team and Enterprise plans including SSO, custom deployments, and compliance packages.
I'm getting an error. What should I do?
Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, email us at support@ninthlabs.ai with a description of the error and the approximate time it occurred - we'll investigate and get back to you within one business day.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@ninthlabs.ai with details. We follow responsible disclosure and will acknowledge your report within 48 hours.
